Here is the December update. Over the break the Mates and I decided to plan a trip to Salt Lake to go to temple square and see the lights. I have to say it was a night full of fun and adventure! I drove up to Sandy so we could take tracks up to Salt Lake and that in it's self was an adventure. Being the experienced driver I am (ha ha ha ha) I pull into what I thought was the parking lot but nope it was the bus loading zone that had a sign saying buses only. Yep I sure missed that one! So here I am in the bus loading zone making a 100 point turn trying to get the heck out before more people see me and wonder who the idiot in the Intrepid is. Finally we get out and I have NO clue where the parking lot entrance is so I say screw it and go in the Do Not Enter way...There were no cops so everything went great. We purchased our tickets and jumped aboard to Salt Lake! The best part was it was one of my roommates first time riding Tracks and she thought it was so cool that you could stand and ride the train.
Temple square was a lot of fun. Being the immature oh wait I mean mature college students we are we posed like the statues around the temple grounds. Yes we did get called immature by people walking around the grounds, but their opinions didn't stop us. Here are some pictures of us intimating the statues.
Dani really isn't a creeper...there is a girl looking at
the mom holding the baby.
Here are some more pictures of our FUN night :)
The mates!
Ok yes I am immature but I made everyone
around laugh...even the old lady!!!
Ok and for the BEST part of the night...We were walking around the Gateway when my roommate Kenz said...wait isn't that lady in the red the lady off of Channel 5 news? No one got a close enough look to tell but then we were walking down and we saw her coming so I walked over and said to her, "Don't think I'm a creeper but are you on the news?" Guess what fellow blog readers...I met Nadine Wimmer!! Ha ha!! She is seriously so cute and the nicest woman ever (even though she asked us what high school we went to!)
Now for Christmas!!
We had our annual Christmas party with the siblings and my aunt and uncle's family this year. Mom thought it would be a great idea for Santa to come but clearly understood that us "older" kids didn't want to sit on his lap. Do you think that worked? NOPE!! Don't worry I got to sit on Santa's lap and tell him what I wanted for Christmas....
Yep I laughed the entire time because I felt like a complete IDIOT!!
Not to mention Santa is a cop for Payson and lives by my sister.
And now the winner of the White Elephant gift goes to Wes and Marcea....The picture says it all :) MEOW.....tHuMp.....MMMMEEEEEOOOOOWWWWW

I love you!!! I laughed because I could totally see you saying, "Don't think I'm a creeper..." with your hands out in front of you moving back and forth like you always do and your head cocked to the side. I miss you and can't wait for our romantical getaway to Logan...haha...creeper!
